Terms of use

These terms of use govern your use of the NextShift website and the services provided through it (the "Platform"). Please read them carefully before using the Platform.

By using the Platform you fully agree to these terms. If you do not agree to any of them, you must refrain from using the Platform.

The service

NextShift is a platform that connects businesses needing temporary staff with workers looking for shifts. The Platform acts solely as a technological intermediary and is not a party to the engagement between a business and a worker. We do not employ the workers and are not responsible for the actual performance of shifts.

Eligibility

Use of the Platform is permitted to users aged 18 and over who have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. When registering as a business, you must be authorized to act on that business's behalf.

User accounts

To use the Platform you must create an account and provide accurate, complete and up-to-date details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity that takes place under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable use

When using the Platform you undertake, among other things:

• To provide truthful and accurate information in your profile and listings
• Not to use the Platform for any unlawful or harmful purpose
• Not to harass, defraud or harm other users
• To honor the commitments you make regarding shifts and payments
• Not to attempt to bypass the Platform's payment mechanisms

Payments and fees

Payment for shifts is processed through the Platform. NextShift may charge a service fee, which will be presented in advance. We work to process payments securely, but actual payment is subject to confirmation by the performing party and to the terms of our payment providers.

Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". NextShift is not responsible for the quality of work, the conduct of users, the accuracy of the information they provide, or any direct or indirect damage arising from use of the Platform or from the engagement between a business and a worker. Responsibility for the employment relationship and the law applicable to it rests with the parties themselves.

Intellectual property

All rights in the Platform — including its design, code, trademarks and content — belong to NextShift or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute or make commercial use of the Platform's content without prior written consent.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page and will apply from the date of its publication. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these terms lies with the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Yafo district.
