Delete your account

Request deletion of your NextShift account and the personal data associated with it.

How to request deletion

1. Enter the email address associated with your NextShift account in the form below.
2. Submit the request. We'll verify ownership of the account and process the deletion within 30 days.
3. We'll send a confirmation to your email address once the deletion is complete.

What data is deleted and what is kept

When we process your request we permanently delete your profile details, contact information, jobs, applications, messages, and any other personal data associated with your account.

We may retain limited information required by law (such as accounting and tax records) for up to 7 years, along with aggregated, anonymized data that does not identify you.
